What Types Of Plastic Woven Packaging Do You Produce?

We manufacture a wide range of products including BOPP laminated bags,woven sacks,PP bags,pinch bottom bag, Block bottom bag, FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), and custom-designed packaging solutions for various industries such as agriculture, chemicals, construction, and food.
What Weight Capacities Do Your Fibcs/Bulk Bags Support?

Our FIBCs range from 500kg to 2000kg standard capacity, with custom designs available for heavier or specialized loads.
Can You Produce Customized Sizes And Prints?

Yes. We specialize in custom dimensions, fabric weight (gsm), UV treatment, anti-static features, and high-quality flexographic printing (up to 8 colors)and gravure printing (up to 13 colors). Please provide your technical specifications and logo/artwork for a tailored solution.
What Materials Do You Use?

Primarily polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). We also produce composite bags with lamination or liners for moisture/barrier protection.
What Quality Control Systems Do You Have?

We implement strict QC at every stage: raw material inspection, circular weaving, printing, cutting, sewing, and final testing. Our labs conduct tear strength, tensile strength, and load testing.
Are Your Products Certified?

We hold ISO 9001:2015 and BRC certification. Our FIBCs comply with international standards such as UN certification for safe transport of hazardous materials (where applicable). Specific industry certificates (e.g., food grade, phytosanitary) are available upon request.
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product type. For standard items, it can be as low as 5,000 pieces. Custom designs may have higher MOQs. Contact our sales team for details.
What Is Your Production Lead Time?

Typically 15-30 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on order volume and customization complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated.
Do You Offer Global Shipping?

Yes. We export worldwide via sea (FCL/LCL), air, or land freight. We handle documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) and can arrange CIF, FOB, or EXW terms as required.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), and for long-term partners, negotiable credit terms. A deposit (usually 30-50%) is required to begin production.
What If I Receive Defective Products?

We guarantee product quality. Any defects must be reported with photos and batch details within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate promptly and arrange replacement or compensation as per our warranty policy.
Can You Provide Samples?

Yes. Free standard samples are available. For custom sample requests, a nominal fee may apply, which is often deductible from future bulk orders.
Can You Assist With Bag Design For My Specific Product?

Absolutely. Our technical team can recommend optimal fabric type, coating, filling/spout design, and safety features based on your product’s characteristics (e.g., powder, granules, hazardous material).
How Should I Store Plastic Woven Bags?

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent premature degradation. Keep them flat and avoid heavy compression.
