Manufacturing process
We craft the woven fabric with tubular PE films through our circular looms with great care. Then, we apply gentle pressure and warmth, heating it to around 215 degrees. This process involves using an inner adhesive unit that expertly bonds the inner lining with the outer woven fabric. We’re delighted to offer both types of coated bags – ones with the lamination on the inside and others on the outside. The bags with inner coated boast a stunning edge when it comes to printing, providing a vibrant finish and top-notch print quality.
