Manufacturing process
Inner coated PP woven bag is a type of woven bag that weaves the inner lining film into the woven fabric, and then pressurizes and heats it to around 215 degrees using an inner adhesive unit to bond the inner lining and outer woven fabric, eliminating the need for manual film covering. The combination of inner coating and PP woven bag enhances the load-bearing capacity and durability of the bag, resulting in a more exquisite appearance and better quality.

The bottom of the bag is produced by the world's most advanced Starlinger machine using heat welding technology. Compared with other bottom sealing methods, heat welding gives the bag a stronger load-bearing capacity and stronger impact resistance.
Upgraded Inner Mucosa Flat Appearance&Difficult to Damaged
Due to the double-layer low-temperature pressure composite, the woven fabric has high strength, low temperature resistance, and will not be damaged due to low temperature. There is no damage to the inner lining during fertilizer filling and transportation.The appearance of the inner coated woven bag is flat and straight, with clear and bright printing, as if the fertilizer bag is wearing a suit.
High Definition Gravure Printing Effect of BOPP Laminated
Up to 8 colors can be printed on one side. Special patterns such as flames and gradient colors can be printed, making them as clear as photos.
